The villa is 190 m² and accommodates up to eight people. There are three comfortable bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the relaxation room next to the sauna. The spacious living room with fireplace flows seamlessly into the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Thanks to its combination of space, comfort and atmosphere, this villa is also ideal for families who enjoy travelling together.
Outside, the lake awaits, offering the perfect opportunity for a refreshing swim in summer. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and enjoying the Finnish wilderness. Our hiking tip is the Pieni Karhunkierros Trail in Oulanka National Park: in summer, you’ll walk along the rushing Kitkajoki River, while in winter the landscape transforms into a fairytale-like snowy wonderland.
After an active day outdoors, it’s wonderful to come home. Catch up around the crackling fire, cook together in the spacious kitchen and then unwind in the sauna and comfortable relaxation room. Or simply enjoy the views over the lake. The surroundings invite you to head out and explore, but this place is just as appealing for a day of doing nothing at all.
This villa is particularly well suited to families and couples travelling together looking for space, comfort and the nature around Kuusamo. The neighbouring properties are situated at a comfortable distance from each other, creating a wonderful sense of peace and privacy. The Ruka ski resort is approximately a twenty-minute drive away, while supermarkets in Kuusamo and the many surrounding nature areas are also easily accessible.
