Welcome to Finnish Hideaways
25 years ago, we lost our hearts to Finnish Lapland. What initially was a special honeymoon destination, turned out to be a country that led us to return every year. Over the years, we travelled to the most beautiful and impressive destinations on the different continents, but in Lapland we discovered time and again the natural healing of space, nature and fresh air. We have visited many corners of Finnish Lapland in those two decades and we can certainly say that Lapland is our second home.
At Finnish Hideaways, you will find a number of cozy cottages and cabins, hidden in the vast forests around Rovaniemi, in Finnish Lapland. Great places to fully retreat, but from which you can also go and explore the Arctic Circle area – as active as you like. We can advise you from our personal experience and will tell you which nice things you are able to do. We are happy to share our passion for Lapland with you!
