This charming cottage is like you expect a cabin in Finland: a log cabin built from logs! The cottage is located at the foot of a hill covered with pine trees and birch, near a beautiful little lake. The winding road to the cottage gives you the feeling of being deep in the wilderness. You are surrounded by forests, but the city of Rovaniemi is only 10 kilometers away!
The living room with open kitchen – equipped with fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven and dishwasher – has the typical, characteristic atmosphere of a traditional Finnish log cabin because of the visible tree trunks and the fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom with a double bed. A steep, open staircase leads to the spacious, open loft with two beds. There is room for two extra mattresses. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the hall.
The porch is a sheltered place where you can relax and absorb the nature around you. The traditional Finnish sauna is located in a separate log cabin. There is enough wood available in the wood shed to heat up the temperature! Then cool off in your own little lake!
