This villa is not just a holiday home, not just a comfortable accommodation, this will be you home away from home! Here it is all about the experience. This is reflected in Jaana’s personal approach: she is a true host. She can help you in every possible way. With all kinds of activities that you can customize with her on a private basis, but also with transfers or, for example, shopping, if you don’t feel like driving a car yourself. Imagine that your refrigerator is already stocked for you upon arrival, including self-picked blueberries in the freezer! This villa is unique in its kind, here you can enjoy comfort, luxury and privacy, but it is much more, because you will be excellently taken care of which really adds to the experience.
This comfortable four-bedroom characteristic red villa is easily accessible just a 20-minute drive from Rovaniemi city center and 15 minutes from the airport and Santa Claus Village. Here you are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet all amenities are within easy reach. Here you feel like you are in your own piece of wilderness in Lapland.
Upon entering the villa, your attention is immediately drawn outside through the enormous windows to the stunning view of the lake. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room, a fully equipped open kitchen and two bedrooms. The comfortable beds, fine bedding, towels and bathrobes give a luxurious feeling. The electrically heated sauna with shower room overlooks the lake and offers easy access to the terrace where you can cool off in the snow. If you come with your family, you will probably travel with a lot of luggage, this has also been taken into account! The separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer has plenty of cupboard space for luggage, snow boots and suitcases.
The lounge area on the open loft is a nice place to relax and discuss the day’s adventures with each other. Here too, your gaze is always drawn outside! On the loft there are an additional two bedrooms and a separate toilet.
